Ordering & Shipping Information - Wholesale


All wholesale orders are processed directly through Nailtiques.
Prior to placing an initial order, Nailtiques requires the following:

  1. Completed Application
  2. Signed Purchasing Agreement
  3. Order Form (Retail sizes are shipped in quantities of three)
  4. Business Check (Payment for initial order)
  5. Sales Tax Certificate (Florida businesses only)

  • Retail sizes are sold in quantities of three.
  • There is a $100.00 minimum on all orders.
  • Initial orders must net $100.00 in retail sizes before professional sizes or accessories can be purchased.
  • Professional sizes are available to establishments that retail Nailtiques products and offer manicures.
  • Once an account has been established, orders can be placed by phone, fax, email or US Mail.
  • There is a $10.00 service charge for refused or returned orders. Once an order is placed, it is the responsibility of the establishment placing the order to accept that order.


Initial orders must be prepaid with a business check. Personal checks will be accepted upon completion and approval of the independent operators section of the application.
Once an account has been established, orders may be charged to a credit card or shipped via C.O.D.
There is a $25.00 service charge for returned checks.
International orders require payment with a credit card or bank transfer before the order is shipped.


Nailtiques has a same-day shipping policy. Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Orders weighing less than 200 pounds are shipped via standard ground service unless otherwise specified.

Orders weighing more than 200 pounds are shipped via a motor freight carrier.

For faster delivery, Three Day, Two Day and Next Day Service are available. Contact Customer Service for rate information.

Air deliveries are guaranteed when orders are placed before 12 noon (EST) Monday through Friday.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight, method of shipment and destination.

Any miscellaneous charges (i.e. C.O.D. fees) will be included with the base cost of the shipment.


Nailtiques accepts returns only in the event of product damage in shipping or manufacturer's defect. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Inspect shipments immediately. Report damages and/or shortages to Nailtiques within 24 hours.

In the event merchandise is damaged, insist that visible damages be noted by the carrier. Retain the original invoice, damaged products and the original carton. An inspection report from the carrier may be required to file a claim.

If the package is severely damaged, require that the carrier return the merchandise to Nailtiques. Upon verification, a replacement or credit will be issued.


Nailtiques products are sold to licensed, beauty-oriented businesses only.

It is the policy of Nailtiques Cosmetic Corp. to provide a suggested retail price derived from experience and market research.

Nailtiques products are salon-tested.
Not tested on animals.
